  I would highly recommend French Broad Realty to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Asheville or Madison County. Ann Harold helped us buy a wonderful home in the Revere Rice Cove Community. We found her to be an excellent realtor whose honesty and knowledge of the area are exemplary. Never did we feel pressured into a purchase. She was patient with us and always pointed out both the good points to a property as well as those that might be more challenging. One could not do better than to work with French Broad for your next purchase or sale.

  I value integrity and the importance in keeping my word. I hired the owner of this company, Ann Harold to sell my house. Several months after signing a sellers agreement I decided not to sell my home. I don't believe anybody should be forced to sell their home because of a listing agreement with a realtor. I paid her for her time and for some drawings that had been drawn up. She plainly agreed to give me the photos and provided me a price that I was required to pay in order to obtain them. She then reneged on that deal and did not reimburse me the amount I paid for them.
